This report examines veteran unemployment in the US. The authors explain that despite valuable experiences and training, many veterans face considerable problems and prejudice from employers in their attempt to get jobs. They conclude that unemployment among veterans is a serious problem and may continue to grow as the US Army and Marine Corp sheds manpower.
