This publication features transcripts from the 7th workshop of the “Regional Stability in the South Caucasus” Study Group. In particular, the workshop focused on 1) NATO-EU confidence-building measures for the region, 2) the attempts by international organization to break the area's isolation from within, and 3) the incentives that might further relax local tensions.
