This report summarizes an SDA debate on corruption in the defense and security sectors. Its participants called for EU leaders to inject greater transparency into the continent’s defense and security markets, tackle corruption more vigorously, and ensure better value for taxpayers' money. The summary additionally discusses the results of Transparency International’s own report on this subject, which is entitled “Watchdogs?”
