This bulletin examines the effect that reaching a deal with Iran over its nuclear program could have on existing NATO plans to build Missile Defense (MD) systems in Europe. The author puts forward the cases for and against making changes to the MD plans in the wake of any agreement and argues that Poland should push for a formulation of clear positions from the US and NATO on this issue, highlighting that any modifications should be based on solid premises.
