Publication

This report summarizes the key findings of the second annual meeting of the Low Carbon Asia Research Network, held in July 2013. The meeting focused on how Asian countries can reduce greenhouse gas emissions within and across different key areas and sectors. The discussants concluded that Asian countries have the potential and the capacity to achieve the global 2 degree target.
