This report provides a summary of the 7th Annual US-China Strategic Dialogue on bilateral nuclear issues held in Hawaii in June 2012. It discusses: 1) China's nuclear strategy, 2) strategic stability and possible escalation issues, 3) undersea capabilities, 4) space security issues, and 5) security building measures (CSBMs). It also addresses concerns about the US missile defense program and China's arsenal sizing strategy.
