This book investigates the idea that China is on the cusp of a new phase of its development. It captures the new intellectual fault lines in China and the debates regarding which direction the country should take. It includes chapters on China's development models, economic growth potentials, its political parties and methods for national stability, and its foreign policies and diplomacy methods. The author concludes with some recommendations for what this new 'China 3.0' will mean for Europe.
