In this interview, Daniel Deudney, Associate Professor at Johns Hopkins University, lays out his understanding of the fundamental forces that drive both global political progress and problems. He also discusses the kind of ontological position needed to appreciate these problems and argues for the merits of a 'republican greenpeace' model for political organization.
