This paper examines China's foreign investment as well as the concerns of Chinese investors and political analysts. In particular, it includes articles on the cancellation of a Polish highway that was to be built by the China Overseas Engineering Group; why Chinese investment strategies are driven by politics as much as business; the impact that Chinese investor experience and knowledge has on investments, especially in developed economies; and an argument against China using military or hard power to protect its investments.
