This paper looks at the challenges the EU is facing in implementing the Eastern Partnership Roadmap 2012-2013 and the European Enlargement Strategy. The author argues that the EU needs to give Eastern Partnership countries a concrete perspective for integration, and concludes that the EU should better structure its strategy towards these countries.
