Publication

This paper outlines the importance of clear and coherent strategic planning for the integration of European defense. The author argues that EU states are unable to have transparent and constructive debates about the interests they share as they are unable to clarify their individual strategic objectives. To rectify this, the author advocates a strategic planning model which would allow member states to capture and quantify their own strategic interests and make shared interests more apparent.
