Publication

This issue focuses on conflict and security law at the European and international level. In particular, the articles address the legality of the Russian intervention in Georgia in 2008; the legality of foreign military activities in another country's Exclusive Economic Zone under UNCLOS; and the position of de facto regimes in international law and the practice of governmental recognition. The journal also includes two case notes on European Court of Human Rights cases and an interview on EU security issues.
