This paper reviews current research on counter radicalization development and assistance. The author provides strategy recommendations and program suggestions for development agencies working in the Arab and Muslim world. The paper states that the realization of the UN's Millennium Development Goals will be vital to help reduce the long term development of terrorism and radicalism.
