This paper reviews Nepal’s peace process following the signing of the Comprehensive Peace Accord (CPA) in 2006. The authors examine the process itself, hindrances to the drafting of a new constitution and the lack of political stability in the country. Due to all of these things and more, they believe that the peace process in Nepal is in a very difficult position.
