This paper addresses issues related to the European defense market that will be on the agenda of the December 2013 European Council Summit and Poland’s priorities for these talks. In particular, the author discusses the European Commission's proposals for the Summit; the influence member states had on these proposals and the extent to which Central and Eastern European countries’ interests were taken account in them; and what she sees as the ten main priorities for Poland on the European defense market.
