This paper uses a survey to examine public perception of solar radiation management (SRM) as a tool to offset global warming caused by greenhouse gas emissions. The authors find that, while many believe climate change is a severe enough problem to require a radical response, most respondents were not in favor of manipulating nature in the way SRM would.
