This report talks about how the US and China can build trust and work together to improve cyberspace security. The authors first assess the problem of hacking and its implications for Sino-US relations. They then provide ten recommendations on how Washington and Beijing can decrease the tensions that exist between the them over cyberspace concerns and improve cooperation in this domain.
