This issue of the RAD considers Russia's role in, and response to, recent developments in the post-Soviet space. The first article looks at Moscow's role in the decision by Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych not to sign an Association Agreement with the EU. The second article analyzes Russia's reactions to the presidential elections in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia, all of which occurred in 2013.
