This paper discusses how the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TTP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), and the Canada-EU Comprehensive Economic Trade Agreement (CETA) interrelate with one another, and how they impact on each other's provisions. The author also provides a set of recommendations on how the EU should react to deepening trade relations between the Pacific countries and North America.
