This is a transcript of a speech by the Deputy prime Minister of Turkey Bülent Arınç on his country's democratization process. Among other issues, he touches upon the Turkish public's perceptions of its government, the Gezi Park protests in Istanbul, the Kurdish peace process as well as internet regulation and freedom of the press.
