This commentary looks at how Serbia’s call for early parliamentary elections in March 2014 could positively influence the country's negotiations to join the EU by 2020. It also discusses some of the key questions Serbia needs to address to encourage broader support for its accession, including regarding Serbia’s relations with Kosovo, and broader political and social reforms.
