This bulletin explores how the new Ukrainian government might go about prosecuting the alleged abuses of the ousted Yanukovych regime. More specifically, it lays out the reasons why the International Criminal Court (ICC) could be called into the case and wonders if the Ukrainian judicial System, as presently constituted, has both the legitimacy and capacity to investigate and prosecute those accused of violating international human rights standards.
