This paper talks about India-South Korea relations and the factors that are driving them including the rise of China, the US rebalance toward the Asia Pacific, and North Korea's nuclear program. The author argues that South Korea, as a middle power, can exert only limited and selective influence over the great powers. However, by networking with other middle powers such as India, it could exert far more.
