This report focuses on security in Burundi and Libya. It looks at the key security-related issues in each country as well as the potential for crisis escalation, considerations for international stakeholders, and considers a number of likely future scenarios. The report also examines the 2014 elections for members of the Peace and Security Council of the African Union.
