This paper provides recommendations for a core set of potential policy and performance indicators on the reduction reuse and recycling (3Rs) of waste and resource efficiency for Asian countries. More specifically, the authors outline the reasons and practical advantages of using their suggested indicators as well as the challenges that a country could face by using them.
