This paper discusses the implications of Ukraine’s decision to break off arms industry cooperation with Russia for both countries' military industries and Russia's armed forces. The author also explains how Belarus could benefit under these circumstances by taking up and deepening armament cooperation with both countries, which could in turn provide equal benefits to Ukraine and Russia.
