This publication reports the main points of discussion at a conference on the changing character of development assistance and development cooperation policy. Discussion at the conference focused on the likely characteristics of development cooperation after 2015 and the policy issues it should focus on. It also examined the security situation in the Korean peninsula as well as the risks generated by conflicting claims to sovereignty in the East and South China Seas.
