This publication contains a number of articles based on the presentations and discussions that took place at a workshop on the challenges media, migration and intercultural dialogue pose for research. Some of the issues discussed include the fluidity of identities and culture; transcultural research; the role of media in interdisciplinary research on migration; and the relevance of intercultural dialogue to policy formation on migration.
