This paper focuses on one strand of the 2013 Brussels Agreement, which obliges the Serbian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) to disband its police units in northern Kosovo, integrate them into the Kosovo Police Force (KP), and establish a KP Regional Command North. The paper concludes that although the integration process is well underway, organizational uncertainties still surround the establishment of the KP Regional Command North.
