In this transcript, M J Jung focuses on the threats posed by North Korea's nuclear weapons program and how others should respond to them. More specifically, he argues that the international community should strengthen its economic sanctions against Pyongyang. It these measures fail, he then believes South Korea should develop nuclear weapons of its own, enhance its relations with Japan and more. (Note: Chung is a seven-term member of the National Assembly of South Korea.)
