Among other issues, the participants at the dialogue discussed the perceptions of Myanmar, the US and the UK of the nuclear nonproliferation regime; the biological and chemical nonproliferation regimes; the role of transparency and confidence-building measures; UN Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 1540; and the threats posed by weapons of mass destruction.
