This monograph examines the continuing impact of Islamism on Bosnia-Herzegovina's security. Although the overall levels of Islamist terrorism and separatist activity within the country are comparable to those found elsewhere in Europe, they are particularly and unsurprisingly troublesome in Bosnia. It is because of these problems and other sources of governmental dysfunction that the monograph's author ultimately counsels NATO to stay clear of trying to resolve the country's security-related problems.
