This report discusses the findings of a 2013 European Commission monitoring report on Serbia’s adherence to Chapters of the acquis, which form the basis of the accession negotiations to the EU. In particular, the authors look at the report’s findings on Serbia’s adherence to chapters on human rights and the protection of minorities; regional issues and international obligations; the freedom of movement of workers; public procurement; the judiciary and fundamental rights; and justice, freedom and security.
