This paper presents a review of the current literature on agriculture livelihoods and rural poverty in Asia. More specifically, the author reviews and assesses strategies such as community based adaptation, livelihood and economic diversification, providing access rights to natural resources and migration as possible tools to help rural livelihoods adapt to climate change.
