This paper discusses the economic policies of Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, or "Abenomics" as they are called. More specifically, it examines 1) what Abenomics are; 2) whether they will help reinvigorate the Japanese economy; 3) the possible risks associated with them; 4) what makes them different from previous economic policies in the country; and 5) the effect these policies could have on the global economy.
