This paper looks at the foreign policy aims of Ukraine’s President-elect Petro Poroshenko, including his plans for relations with Russia, the EU and NATO. The author also discusses the domestic constraints Poroshenko will have to deal with and offers recommendations on how the EU can support stability and security in Ukraine.
