This paper provides an overview of the state-of-play in May 2014 of the negotiations between the P5+1 countries and Iran over the Islamic Republic's uranium enrichment program. Despite both countries having made concessions, the author points out that many obstacles remain in the negotiations over a comprehensive agreement.
