This paper examines the actions and public statements of India, Iran, Russia, China, and Saudi Arabia regarding Pakistan from April to the end of June 2014. It also maps out the regional context, key actors, regional dynamics, as well as specific issues affecting tensions in Pakistan and the region during this period.
