This paper explores Brazil’s current strategic partnerships and the benefits they provide to the country’s broader foreign policy goals and objectives. The partnerships are indeed valuable because they enable Brazil to 1) orchestrate the intersecting bilateral and multilateral engagements it has, and 2) exploit the opportunities provided by its heightened stature in international affairs.
