This analysis argues that over the past two decades both India and Latin America have undergone fundamental economic, political and social transformations and that there has been a positive change in the way they perceive each other. The analysis then provides numerous examples of how Indians and Latin Americans are working more closely together, both in business and politics, and how this interaction is leading to greater mutual understanding.
