This paper examines cooperation between between the Visegrad Group countries (V4) - the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia - and Latin American and Caribbean (LAC) countries. In particular, the author outlines the state of each V4 country's cooperation with the LAC region and their potential to enhance these relations. He then assesses some of the challenges facing the expansion of V4-LAC ties and provides recommendations on how the V4 states can overcome these.
