This report focuses on the East Turkestan Islamic Movement’s (ETIM) presence in Pakistan and assesses its impact on Sino-Pakistani relations. Ultimately, the report concludes that ETIM threatens Chinese interests both at home and in Pakistan and that Islamabad's June 2014 military offensive against the Uighur group can only benefit Sino-Pakistani relations.
