Publication

This paper discusses the importance of water, food and energy for African development and explains that the shortage of these resources is due to rapid population growth and urbanization on the continent. The author also raises the question of whether African resources are being used to meet African needs or if they are being exploited to satisfy the food and energy requirements of other actors.
