This paper proposes a plan for how to overcome the gridlock that exists between the parties involved in the attempts to resolve the conflict between North and South Korea. The authors outline the overall structure of the plan as well as the key challenges that such a process needs to tackle in order to renew the peace process on the Korean Peninsula.
