This paper assesses the progress that each country in the Western Balkans is making in meeting the acquis required for membership to the EU. In particular, the authors look at each country's 1) monitoring of the EU integration process; 2) human rights record; 3) migration policy; 4) the judiciary; 5) anti-corruption measures; and 6) civic education.
