This paper discusses the findings of a 2014 World Bank report on the Tunisian economy and how the legacy of corruption left by the Ben Ali regime has resulted in stunted economic growth. The author then questions whether Western leaders are prepared to step up to provide the economic support the country needs to generate meaningful economic reform and growth.
