This issue includes articles on some pressing concerns in the domain of European and international law. In particular, the articles examine 1) whether business leaders may be held accountable for the involvement of their companies in international crimes at the International Criminal Court; 2) the legal protection awarded to the Palestinian populations under Israeli control; 3) the implications of a 2014 European Court of Human Rights ruling on individual accountability for torture. The issue also includes a transcript of interviews with two international criminal lawyers on the Kenya I and Kenya II cases before the International Criminal Court (ICC).
