This commentary discusses the deterioration of relations between Albania and Serbia after a football match between the two countries in mid-October 2014 and the general lack of dialogue between them throughout 2014. The author suggests that the ambitions of Serbia, Albania and Kosovo to join the EU could provide an opportunity for reconciliation between the two nations. He also provides recommendations on how Poland could help facilitate this.
