This report examines several issues related to the proposed Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) trade agreement between Europe and the US. More specifically, the authors examine 1) the state and substance of the negotiations; 2) the specific areas under negotiation; 3) the policy and economic contexts in which the TPP would fit; and 4) the issues for the US Congress that the TPP presents.
