Publication

This paper looks at the six topics of discussion at the 2014 NATO Summit in Wales. These are 1) Russia and Ukraine; 2) the readiness of the conventional forces of Alliance members; 3) NATO's deterrence policy; 4) NATO's global partnership program; 5) NATO enlargement; and 6) other outstanding issues such as missile defense, cyber security, arms control and proliferation.
